abstract = "The diagnostic imaging by computed tomography has become popular
in recent decades, causing concerns about the exposure of the
human body to high doses of X-rays, which may cause cancer. Faced
with this problem, studies are conducted with the objective of
minimizing the dose of X-rays and maintain image quality since
image degradation by noise reduction is proportional to the dose
of X-rays. This paper proposes a methodology for 2D filtering
noise made by Poisson projections using as a priori knowledge to
the Wiener filter the result of filtering the projections by
non-local filters after the stabilization of the noise variance by
                         Anscombe transform.",
